Investing
We provide high risk adjusted return equity investment opportunities our partners and clients (primarily through separately managed accounts and commingled vehicles, such as specific investment trusted private investment funds) across all major real estate asset classes to a diverse set of institutional and individual clients. Thecore of our investment is land plus cash flow to achieve the optimal position in the balance of risk and return.
Lending
We invest in and originate loans to provide financing to clients. These investments and loans are typically shortto medium -term in nature. We make debt investments, some of which are consolidated, directly through funds and separate accounts that we manage, in debt securities and loans, public and private equity securities, and real estate entities.
Development & Construction
Through our own development/construction arm, we are dedicated to deliver the most competitive and appropriate real estate product to the market.
We have been focusing in Australian commercial development project like boarding house, student accommodation, hotel/motel, aged care and nursing home project.
Asset Management
